The visit was fast. I didn't wait long after walking in. The Assistant was fast attentive and knowledgeable with the question i had. They had my appointments made and ready before I left. The visit was quick I'm not sure if that was beneficial or not. I did appreciate not having to sit for long seeing as i did not feel well. Overall, I love this provider it's the only Urgent care or Primary care I have been going to for 6 years.
Dr. Kazi, was one of the most thorough and patient doctors I have ever been seen by. He took the time to sit down and show me what was happening in my body on Google images so I could better understand. He broke down what is the main priority and the other conditions behind it so that we could have a clear focus of treatment. and I was in and out within the hour
I had a very good experience with Palm Springs Urgent Care. The receptionist and waiting room were very nice. Since I do not live in CA I was not a scheduled appt. I called the morning of to see the dr. My wait was probably 60 mins but when I saw the dr he was very kind and attentive to my concerns and prescribed the needed medication.
