Always a great experience at Palm Desert Modern Dentistry!
The whole staff is amazing, they’re all really knowledgeable and friendly. Mario is always so warm and welcoming when you enter and Karina always remembers your name and your stories! Dr. Tran isn’t my direct doctor but the times I’ve interacted with him he’s been very friendly, he’s my moms dentist! My dentist is Dr. Dewenter and he always explains everything clearly and gives me options that work best for me as well as his opinion on what would be best! Brenda is my hygienist. Great Dental Service … I’m so happy to have found them & really happy with Dr. “Joe” & the staff is great as well.
Recently had a wisdom tooth pulled & the oral surgeon was fabulous … best experience with an oral surgeon, including the results in my healing process; tolerable pain & soreness & very little swelling.
I have had really negative experiences at the dentist and was thrilled when I found this place over a year ago. Unfortunately, the front desk staff can get pretty rude and makes me feel uncomfortable when trying to simply find a time that works with my schedule. Dr. DeWenter is what keeps me coming, he makes sure your concerns are answered and makes you feel at ease.
