Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!

These guys and gals are top of the stack! I highly recommend them for small businesses and nonprofits in the Coachella Valley that need an IT professional. For less than the cost of one employee, you get a dedicated team of experts.

My computer died. I went to geeks based on reviews. They're all true. They analyze the problem for free. My hard disk died. They sent me an email link telling me my options to replace it if I wanted. It contained a link where I could buy it locally or on line. Purchased the replacement, gave it to them at 11, went back at 2 and picked up my working computer with Windows 10 reloaded. Smart, efficient, and very reasonable price. Also, great communicators. So rare to find performance that exceeds your expectations. I highly recommend these guys.
