Dr. Sinsheimer is one of THE best doctors here in the desert. We went to see her when my son got an upper respiratory virus earlier this year and could not seem to get better. We had been to multiple doctors' appointments, with multiple medications being thrown at us to "try." I was at my wit's end when I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sinsheimer. Not only did she spend time listening to us and examining him, but she was so caring and compassionate. By the end of our first appointment, she had pinpointed the problem and had us on the right track to getting him better. We are so grateful for her!

I have been going to Optimal Health Center for years for the occasional B6/B12 shot. I finally made the appointment for a"NEW PATIENT" evaluation. I have been an allied health care practitioner (Physical Therapist) for almost 30 years & have a strong education/training in Nutrition. Dr. Sinsheimer literally changed our lives. I saw her for the first time 7 years ago after 5 other doctors couldnt figure out my daughters stomach pain and told me there was nothing to do but wait. She nailed the problem on the first visit and within 2 weeks my daughters pain was gone. For added fun she through some diet and supplements my way and after 15 years of suffering I got better too!! It completely changed how I look at food, herbs, and medicine and sent me on a health journey that led me down an amazing path and has become a huge part of my life and my family's.
