The end product is beautiful -- really beautiful! We had ORD replace our main bathroom cabinets sinks and faucets. What was a 1-2 week job as noted in the contract turned out to be way longer. No complaints on the workmanship but Octavio (the owner) desperately needs a little help in project management. This took way longer than I expected. I suggested to him to keep his customers informed. If there are delays -- OK -- but show the order dates and then corresponding proof of delays . Don't start the demo April 1 and then not install the new cabinets until May 16. Octavio, Vanessa and his team were fantastic to work with. We were concerned that our kitchen remodel would take months to complete and it would be slow and expensive. Wrong. I thought we would have to settle for an all white kitchen. Wrong again. ORD is the real deal. I'm hesitant to post because we plan to now tackle the bathrooms and I don't want to wait because he's got a line of new customers :) Honestly, they are worth the wait. I'll submit another review once the primary bathroom is complete - see u soon. Give ORD a try.

Octavio remodeled 3 bathrooms for us in the fall of 2022. He was pleasant to work with and reasonably priced. We were and are thrilled with how the bathrooms turned out. We recently had some issues with two shower valves failing and Octavio responded immediately (same day) and came out the following day and replaced the failed parts. We couldn't be more pleased.
