Nexgen service is top-notch. AC broke and stop working and after looking for service within local area I called NexGen HVAC. I got a technician assigned the next day. Chris the Technician that fix my AC was awesome and also a veteran that was professional. Great service and highly recommended within SoCal High Desert region!!!

I cannot express how happy I am about your service. In one day you were out and serviced my split unit, where my other Air service was not going to be able to come out until September. Your service guy Jervon Lee McKnight was outstanding and gave so great recommendations, so much that we are signing up for your service contract to take care of all our Air and plumbing units from now own. Again, a great job and thank you for your quick response and great customer service!!!

Great experience start to finish. Had an A/C unit that was not pushing out cold air. Compressor would turn on but no fan blowing. The tech (Chris) came out and figured out the issue, repaired the part, cleaned both units. Chris operated efficiently and with integrity. Additionally, Chris and the dispatcher both provided updates throughout the day on estimated time of arrival. Great communication throughout the entire process. Nexgen would be my first call for anything HVAC related.
