Very unprofessional, refused multiple attempts to clarify pricing on invoice. Spent 2 hrs on location, and charged $854. Took advantage of an elderly person, use them at your own risk. I will be following up with formal complaints.

After four visits and over $2000 spend Alex never solved the problem because they are not equipped nor capable. It took a free visit from SCE to tell me the problem...replace the pedestal (connects electricity from street to home). Had to spend another $3000 with another electrician. All said 3 months without a furnace during winter cold and rigging extension cords to appliances fridge microwave no fun. Company is now or soon to be under new ownership stay away.Services: Electrical inspections

Replacement for 30 year old electric box. Complete upgrade. Breaker won't reset causing no power to master and guest bathroom plugs. Original cause for box Replacement. Garbage disposal no power after finished. Over charge for service.Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
