Mirage Retractable Screens

The screen door is exactly what I wanted. But one side of the screen door does not work very well. I called them a few months after it was installed and told them it wouldn't open all the way. They sent someone out said they fixed it and then I didn't use the screen door for a while. When I used it again and had it open for a long period of time, when I went to close it, it wouldn't close all the way again. I called them and asked them to please send somebody out because it still doesn't work right. She argued with me and said it was past the warranty of one year and it would cost me $270. I said never mind I'll leave a bad review that you don't stand behind your work. That is what I am doing. I now have $1000 screen door that does not work properly.

We have always used Screens2U. They have installed solar screens on every window and double screen doors on all our French doors. We are very satisfied with the service they have provided for us and the screens look great. They are a bit on the pricier side and possibly due to rising cost of materials.

I called for a screen for our large triple patio door. Screens2u came the next morning. Voila! The screens are up and operating perfectly! The installers were very detailed and considerate of their surroundings. Good job!!!
