Need to commend the service I received from Miller Carpets/ Spencer floors (one of the same). When the carpet received from the mill was short of what had been ordered; the installation couldn't be completed. Additional carpet was ordered & expedited & the installation was completed in 3 days. the owner came personally to finish the job and assure that I was satisfied with the service. I was also generously compensated financially. The owner also took two of the remnants & finished the edges & delivered to me the same day. the company made sure to do the right thing to assure satisfaction

Customer Service is top notch. We have a rental house out in Palm Desert and Candice and Jim were so helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. They were knowledgeable and we felt like we are in good hands. Thank you!

Absolutely a great experience! Three weeks from order to install with no problems including installing 4 rooms + closets in one day and moving very heavy furniture. Same price as big corporations.
