Looking for a place to learn boxing as your new sport? Perfect, here it is. We went yesterday for a private training class with Lionel at MatrixFit and just loved it. Lionel did a great job explaining the moves and we got a full workout, with plenty of fun and sweat. It definitely made us want to go again and we highly recommend trying boxing there, whether you're a complete beginner or already an expert. Thank you, Lionel!

I had my first boxing lesson with Lionel yesterday. Its been years since I've put on mitts but he was super helpful! He was very attentive and patient with me. I learned a lot of new things in just one class. I will definitely be going back. Whether you're completely new or a seasoned boxer you can learn a lot from him!!

I have been going to Marrix Fit for over a decade and working with Sal for about 5 years. During the last five years I have really struggled with some significant health issues, including a concussion, torn rotator cuffs, and ongoing tightness...all of this on top of the challenge of being a fit wheelchair user in my 40s transitioning from competitive athlete to lifelong fitness fanatic. Sals approach has always been to assess each session where I am at and work within that context. I have never had an injury under Sal's watch and he's really been key to me rehabbing my shoulders, getting the range back, and slowly building back to more intense strength building again....read full review
