I’ve worked with Mike since I was 13 years old playing volleyball in the desert. he is so incredibly knowledgeable and a great person to work out with. he has a great sense which makes it much easier to train. I’m happy to be back in the desert as an adult and training with him again.

This is a shout out to Valerie and her amazing stretch sessions. She is very insightful and has that special healing touch. Highly recommend a visit to her especially if suffering from chronic ailments. Wonderful!

A hidden gem! They have all of the amenities you need if you are an athlete or into a healthy lifestyle! I had come because I was curious about cryotherapy and it's benefits had a great experience it was nothing I have ever done before! Miranda at the front desk helped me out and was very kind, and informative and recommended other services that would help with my pain that I was experiencing!
