Loved the IV and had great customer service. We were accidentally invoiced for the concierge fee even though we had confirmed the group rate. I sent an emailed and called and within 24 hours I received a call back confirming that I'd be reimbursed for the amount. The gentleman was very nice and understanding. As for the IV service itself, we were on a bachelor party and it surely saved us! 9 of us got IVs and all 9 people are very happy we did. Definitely would recommend!
I was saved by Lifeline Hydration!
I was feeling quite dehydrated and lethargic after a long party and hangover. If my friends hadn't gotten me to the Replenish 360 center in time, I would have gone dehydrated. The personnel was amiable and the place has a serene atmosphere. My life was saved by the lifeline hydration therapy that I received. I didn't even fully realize what was going on with me until I finished my 1000 milliliter treatment. I'd like to thank my friends for bringing me here as well as Replenish 360 for providing such amazing services without passing judgment.
Initially hesitant to splurge on this, after a night out with friends, I was in serious need of relief and decided to give it a try. Sandy exceeded my expectations. Her expertise and hospitality, along with the impeccable cleanliness and sterile technique, were truly impressive. She made the experience comfortable for my friends who accompanied me, even providing Netflix and coffee/tea. Sandy's attention to detail, including checking my vitals and medications, ensured my safety and well-being. Despite no one enjoying needles, Sandy made the process quick and easy.
