Jacqueline Hawk, CEO/Franchisor of Heaven Heights Senior Care since December 2010. She is originally from San Luis Obispo CA where she worked as a caregiver for a home care company Home Instead. She moved to Palm Desert CA back in 2006. Jacqueline started working as a caregiver for Comforcare Home care back in 2006; she was offered an office position for scheduling and marketing; this is where she became very familiar with Non-Medical home care companies. She learned their marketing strategies and how to build a home care business from the beginning. Three years later, Jacqueline decided to work in the Assisted Living Industry and became a dementia program director. Here is where Jacqueline put programs together for the memory.
