Heart of Gold , a medical advocate resource in Coachella Valley, is an excellent care organization for those in need of caring for a loved one who lives far away. Jenny Johnson not only took care of my sister with her expert care givers and herself, but took care of me too! She is on call whenever I need her, she is available to reassure me that my sister is doing well, she handles issues beyond the medical needs and is pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Heart of Gold and will speak personally to anyone who is seeking a medical advocate and needs a friend too!
Medical Advocate / Care Manager and team of caregivers Heart of Gold truly lives up to its name. The agency is owned by the wonderful Jenny Johnson who is, herself, a Certified Registered Nurse. She oversees her team of carefully chosen RNs that are also care managers and has recently grown her caregiver team. Caregivers coordinate /schedule medical appts, attend appts with their client, take detailed notes about what doctor says, then writes up reports for the family, coordinates med prescriptions, and so much more. I used this company (Jenny Johnson) for my husbands care and she is spectacular. She cares about her patients, reviews medical charts, medications, and other care providers. Jenny is the most caring medical professional I have ever met.
