From start to finish they were easy to work with, communicative and helpful. Marissa made the estimate process and scheduling the installation easy and I appreciate the level of professionalism. Instal was on time, clean and efficient. No one wants to have to replace their HVAC equipment in summer, but these guys made it as painless as possible.
We've used First Choice A/C for three years. They've done all our regular seasonal check-ups. That was until today. I had just returned from an out-of-town trip only to find our house was 91 degrees. Obviously something was very wrong. As it was a Sunday, I was hesitant to place a request for repair expecting the up charge service call price would be through the roof. I spoke with Natasha who assured me that the price would be the same as what it would be for regular M-F business hours call. This is a very professional service company, and one of their best technicians, Steven Salanga, is professional, thorough, explains issues well, and is a strong asset to the company. I continue to appreciate the way this firm respects their customers. Highly recommended.
