“Had a contractor do some remodeling at my condo in Palm Desert. He put up a ceiling fan but couldn’t get it to work. Said it’s the transmitter not getting the signal etc…..call the company and have them send another. I decided to call Palmer because they fixed another screw-up for something else. Carlos and Kyle were there within a couple of hours and in less than a half hour solved the problem. BEST advice to anyone is have a certified electrician do the job!! They have come through for me again and would definitely recommend them!!! AND GUESS WHAT….DIDN’T need a new transmitter!!! Call an Electrician!!!“
