    Why WHY WHY did I pay almost 700.00 to make a call to the office at 1:15, leave a message to please call me back to make an appointment for coughing and on the couch for three days? I waited until 5 PM and NO CALL BACK! RUDE AND UNFAIR! I have paid for this for FOUR YEARS and to be treated like this is OUTRAGEOUS!! Don't waste your money!!

    Eisenhower 365 supposed concierge program is a falsely advertised health care program. Their information says same day appointments - NOT TRUE. THE INFORMATION SAYS 24 hours 7 days a week. ANOTHER LIE does it really make sense that your Dr. Orders over 36 lab tests. Most results were ready the same day. Do you think they would have treated me for some of bad test results, but no I get am appointment for 3 weeks later and the Dr. Cancelled. Getting upset only got me banned from Eisenhower 365. What about the now 39 lab tests and no one to tell me what is happening with meI guess I'm the stupid one for paying $665. for the NO FRILLS NO DIFFERENT THAN A REGULAR DR OFFICE without paying $665. Eisenhower 365 is horrendous. The drs there work maybe 3-4 days a week.
