Carlos was absolutely great. On time, clean and fast! At the end of the service, the drains ran perfectly and we’ll be setting up a maintenance plan to keep this from surprising us next time ;-)
I needed help locating a leak and quickly. I didn't have any contacts for an issue like this so I had to look up leak detection and make calls which often times is a struggle. I called Carlos Monday morning - I had seen his truck around town - and within the hour I received a call back. By that afternoon Carlos was at my place, confirmed there was a leak and the general area and told me he would be back on Wednesday to handle the repair. I had a big leak. I immediately felt I could trust Carlos and I was right. I was searching online for a reputable plumber and came across Desert Rooter Plumbing.Carlos came to inspect the leak near our primary bathroom, looked tirelessly to detect where the leak was coming from, and fixed as appropriate, preventing a potentially bigger loss for us.I recommend this company.
