Not sure why everyone is hating on this place. Doctor was great and I was in and out in less than an hour. However; I did hear a patient being extremely rude and condescending to the staff! It was so bad I thought she was joking ? but she was just mean ?
I have nothing but good things to say about the nursing and office staff. Friendly, professional, and provided clear communication. But I will not return as long as Dr. Schuler works there. I walked in wearing a mask as I had a nasty wet cough and wanted to be courteous to the rest of the patients, who were geriatric. I waited for 90 minutes (with one person ahead of me, the rest were heart patients with appointments) to get called back and ended up spending another 90 minutes in the exam room. Didn't have to wait long to see Dr. But had to wait for the nursing staff to complete orders which was over a 45 minutes & I checkedwith the nurse to see if they had forgotten about me. Was told that they would be right with me & I'm still waiting! Not happy with this long wait!!
