They ruined a pair of my pants. They were dark blue when I brought them in. When I picked them up they were light purple on one back leg. Clearly something happened and when I showed them the discoloration the woman stated that it was because of my sweating on the back of my legs. Really? They took no responsibility for damaging my pants so I am suing them in court on December 12 2022. No customer service and I was told the store manager would call me to discuss. You think he ever called me? Of course not. We take our clothes to a different cleaners now.

I brought my beautiful Tommy Bahama comforter in to be cleaned during the Summer, and when I picked it up I kept it in inside the same packaging and hanger that came from the Palm Desert "Discount Cleaners" and hung it up in our clothing closet. I recently opened it up to put on our bed and found it very dingy looking - especially after putting our matching pillow shams next to it. I realized it looked far worse than when I brought it to this cleaner location. I decided to go in to see if they would attempt to make things right - either with a full refund, or offer to clean it again with a better process than they used originally. Zip, Zero - Nothing!! So, I paid $45 to have the Palm Desert "Discount Cleaners" RUIN my beautiful comforter!! If you must use this cleaners, DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU LOVE THERE BECAUSE THEY'LL RUIN IT!! HORRIBLE!!!

The prices have gone crazy. It's $4.75 plus for pants and t shirts. Way to much. They have raised there prices so much because they can. It is not that expensive to clean clothes to raise their price that much. I think it's time to try other cleaners or change their name from discount cleaners
