Tech Jason was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. His demeanor was professional the entire time, and took the time to explain the condition of the equipment, and got it running, then took time time to explain options down the road.Incredible customer service!!
I had Best Tech replace my very old water heater. They sent 2 technicians:George and Jason. These men were real pros! Absolutely pristine job. I couldn't be happier with any part of the work they provided!!
Our Rinnai tankless water heater was displaying an error code periodically and sometimes wouldn't heat. Stan knew the problem immediately fixed it and showed us how to perform the preventative maintenance for not only this problem but other items too. He was on time, polite, cordial and friendly. You can't get better service. Five Gold Stars
