“We used Acme yesterday for the first time. We had our desert den floor flooded from rainwater coming in under the track of our sliding glass door and the door had been stuck and unable to be moved for an extended period of time. They came out and assessed the problem and were back the next day to repair. The track and sliding window were in really bad shape but they fixed the problem which in my judgement was not easy to do. They were pleasant and professional. The price we paid was very fair. I would certainly highly recommend them to others based upon our experience.“

Alex made an initial diagnosis and returned two days later to tell me it was time for a new refrigerator as repairing the old one would be prohibitively expensive. He gave me recommendations on what brand to consider purchasing and two days later I got a new refrigerator. He's very easy to work with and trustworthy.“
