We recently used At Your Home Services, Inc. to replace a down draft over the stove. The owner (Tricia) who is responsible for coordinating the repair technician (Albert) did not return multiple telephone calls even though they said they would get back to you within 48 hours. The day before they were to arrive the estimate was changed from $285 to $480. Tricia indicated that they neglected to include the removal of the stovetop.When the repair technician arrived he and his assistant replaced the downdraft but during the installation they broke the sliding drawer.
