We were notified by the City that our guest unit was not in compliance and had to be rebuilt to code. As you may well imagine, as a home owner, this was not something that you want to hear. Between the costs for permits, dealing with the city office and getting quotes from different construction companies, it was a big nightmare, but as soon as we spoke with Carlos from Ultimate Green Construction, he made us feel at ease. He basically took care of everything, he dealt with the City and their inspectors, the project was completed in a timely manner and the place looks great!!! We had a great experience with Carlos and his team. They did a great job with our garage conversion, bathrooms, windows, solar, and flooring. Due to COVID we were limited as to where we could get supplies from. Even with these limitations, the outcome was better than expected. We would recommend Carlos to anyone looking for any home improvements. And we will definitely have him back to do our kitchen when we are ready for our next renovations. We are very happy with the outcome.
