My house has a flat area on the 2nd floor above my stairway landing and had been leaking and repaired twice by different company within past 7 years. It kept leaking because the slope to the drain pipe is not right so water ponding and caused leak. I am SO HAPPY I found Superior Roof Solutions around June of 2022. They redid the whole flat area by installing a metal cricket to correct the slope problem and direct water to the drain pipe. With all the rain we got in 2023 and 2024, I have not seen any leak. They did a great job putting on a new roof. First rain and it leaks. Have not returned a call or text in the last month. So the warranty seems completely bogus to me! His crew was really good but if you do not back up your work, it is not worth hiring them in the first place!
We hired David to tear down and replace our roof. David was very responsive and his prices were reasonable. His crew's were timely and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service and I even recommended him to a friend who also hired him to repair a leaking tile roof. They were also pleased with his crew's work.The issues started after the job was done, a few months later I received notice of a Mechanic's Lien being placed on my property for unpaid roofing materials from the company that he purchased the roofing materials from.After a few panicked phone calls to David and to the company that placed the Mechanics Lien, they reversed... read full review
