I was so impressed with Kayla during my first visit to Waves! I never write reviews, but I'd been trying to find a new stylist in Pacifica since I moved here in 2020 and had a string of bad luck until I met Kayla. I asked for a full highlight and haircut and she was so professional, educated me on what to expect in my subsequent visits (even down to which services I should book and how much they'd cost), and was a literal delight to hang out with. I will absolutely be coming back!

I love my hair color (hair colors?) that Gretel continues to give me. Anytime I ask her to switch things up a bit, she is easily able to change up my locks.

I went to Maegan Gutierrez for eyelash extensions and was VERY pleased with her work. She explains in detail everything she is doing and gives thorough aftercare instructions.
