Verne Deason does Body Conscious Massage at the spa. When he first saw me I had been struggling with sciatica for over 6 weeks. I was headed to Europe and having difficulty walking more than a mile without pain. Verne did a variety of treatments in one visit to specifically address my issue. The results were amazing! I had a wonderful vacation with very little pain. I was able to walk (a lot of hills included) about 4 -5 miles a day. I am convinced that he saved my vacation. I had been going to Physical Therapy for a month and never got the relief that I got from one visit with him. Highly recommend!

Verne Deason does Body Conscious Massage at the Vision Seaside Spa in Pacifica, California. After struggling with sciatica pain for six weeks and having physical therapy for a month, I was unable to walk over a mile without pain. I was going on a two week walking vacation and I was about to cancel. A friend recommended Verne and I had an appointment the day before I left. He listened to my issues and did various procedures to try and target the pain. The results were amazing. I was able to walk 4 -5 miles a day including on hills will little or no pain. It wasn't completely gone...I took Advil at night but it was 1000% better. I had another massage after I came back and the results have lasted. I highly recommend Verne. Unfortunately I do not live in California so I won't be able to use him as much as I would like. But every visit will now include a massage in Pacifica!

I asked for very subtle hair highlights in mocha brown (I have black hair) and got exactly what I wanted! I didn't want to change too much from my natural look. Amanda did a great job! The place is huge, clean, nice music! I had a great experience getting my hair done while munching on the popcorn they gave me :) Will return to get my hair done the next time I feel the need to!
