Finally found a gym that i am not intimidated by. Chris and all of his staff are so knowledgeable. I really enjoy my workouts here. Everyone is so nice and encouraging to each other. The variety of workouts are great. Im only one month in and I feel so much better physically and mentally.
I joined Terra Nova fitness 22days ago, and I am HOOKED! Water two sessions I had more energy and felt better. I love the coaching as they keep me motivated and encouraged. I look forward to the upcoming year and the transition of my strength and endurance! I highly recommend Terra Nova fitness to anyone looking to develop strength and flexibility!
I have been very happy with my experience with Terra Nova Fitness. I have a bad back and they have adapted my exercise program to accommodate my back issues.My instructor is very positive and is constantly giving me feedback about improving my technique.
