Carlos and his team are a pleasure to work with. I hired them in January this year to get rid of the rats in my attic crawl space. They were prompt and very thorough with the clean up. They sealed all the exterior openings to make sure there are no openings for the rats to come in. Precision Rodent proofing was the most reasonably priced and also give you one year warranty to keep your house rats free. I recently called them back and they immediately made an appointment and came for checkup. I highly recommend them.

They provide great service, they don't charge for the first time inspection, which is great and nice! They send a technician come to do the inspection, and tell me what is the whole process to solve problem. It takes about three hours for the first appointment to do the works, and come to check once a week until your problem is solved. They did a good job, and I don't see any activities happen right now. And also have one year warranty. Their technicians are patient and responsible. It's recommended if you need help!!

This is a much needed review- I have worked with over 6 exterminators in the San Francisco area. All of them (save these guys) have not been reliable and did half the job needed to rid us of our persistent mouse issue. I absolutely detest having to deal with this stuff. I will say these guys came and did the job right. We contacted all our neighbors to seal off every side of our house (a pain but the only way to ensure that these issues stop for once and for all). And then they came every single week at the exact same time to check the traps. We needed to recheck the sealing job and they came back no questions asked. They are reliable, thorough, consistent and actually care about getting the job done right. I highly recommend them.
