I have been happy with them for washing and pressing men's shirts. But please, when a button comes off, please mention something when I pick up the shirt. Don't just button the next lower button and act as if nothing happened.

These guys are pros. I brought a sleeping bag for laundry services and they did a good job. I even got a call two days earlier than promised that they were done. The folks there are very nice, can get a big chatty, but in a very good way. Very friendly and personable people there.

They are great at getting stains out and caring for clothes but, they are not a place to have your jeans altered.. they want to change straight legged jeans with no cuff instead of hemming they said they would make a cuff and they don't have matching thread and this has been everytime i tried for alterations. Why would i want them to change the style completley? And having different stictching?
