My palm tree needs to be trimmed, I contact three contractors, Howard Linacre replied my phone text massage shortly, and came to my house to check the the tree next day. I chose Howard to do the trimming, because the quick response and reasonable quote. First I like they came to my house on time and gave me a text massage to let me know they were coming before arrival. Secondly, they did great job. What impressed me most was that they also did what I asked at the end of the trimming. I am happy with they service and enjoy the good looking tree in my front yard.

What impressed me most was he took the time to make sure I knew what I would and would not get with the bid so that I could schedule more work if needed (he evaluated my expectations to ensure I knew how far the stump would go down).
