I contacted Rich at Home Pride because my list of projects just kept growing, I really needed to get someone in here. We talked and he helped me to prioritize what to get done, we figured out the budget and we started executing the plan to get the list checked off one by one. It really helped that he and his people are easy to talk to and they get things done as promised.
I highly recommend them not only because of their beautiful craftsmanship but because it feels like you have a partner to make this stuff happen, you're not in it alone.

I worked with Rich and Homepride Construction to address some deferred maintenance issues on a home I recently purchased in Pacifica. I'm pleased with the outcome and quality of work. There are times when I would have appreciated better communication and coordination from Rich's team.

Hands down the easiest contractor I have ever dealt with. Rich is very responsive and has gone out of his way to help. Even before we had a contract, he kindly put up plastic on a leaky door (that we had him replace later) during a rain storm when I was out of town and could not get there quickly. Besides the door, Home Pride Construction added a half bath to our house and got it through plan check, permit issuance, and final inspection without any effort from me required. Home Pride Construction also did fence repair, demolition work, new sheet rock and texturing, floor transition work, and some hauling at reasonable prices.
