White Lotus Gyrotonic’s instructors are the most professional and caring individuals I’ve met in the industry. The beautiful space is so peaceful and inviting. Elizabeth Jackson is a gem who is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and motion and really works with every client to achieve their individual needs.
