“I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an adorable cat named Sherlock at the reception. He has an incredibly calming effect on all the animals that come into the clinic. Not only does Sherlock bring a sense of comfort, but the staff and the vet, Dr. Vlad P., provide top-notch care, making both pets and their owners feel welcome and well looked after.

A special thank you to Dr. Vlad for his friendly and compassionate approach to animals. Let’s be honest—my dog has a difficult personality, and visiting the vet has always been a stressful experience. But to my surprise, I got back a calm and healthy Maltese after a complex dental cleaning and extraction procedure. Dr. Vlad guided us through each step, thoroughly explaining the necessity of the procedures and how they would be performed. He kept me informed about my dog's condition at every stage, which helped ease my own stress as well.

I highly recommend this clinic not only for the welcoming atmosphere they've created for animals, but also for their well-selected staff. In particular, I can’t recommend Dr. Vlad enough for his professionalism and care. Having interacted with many veterinarians in various countries, my experience with Dr. Vlad left a lasting and positive impression on both me and my dog. “Estrella is really worth the hype of what you see on Tiktok. She really knows how to take care of her clients. My dog came in lookin pretty rough and she completely transformed her. I don't think I've seen her this white in a while. Unfortunately, my dog had a little poppy accident and Estrella was so nice and understanding about the situation. She even helped with suggesting a new diet for her so she can be healthier and grow a nicer coat. Such a great help. Her prices were also reasonable as well. Love this place, will definitely be booking again for her next appointment! Highly recommend 10/10“

“I cannot express how much I adore Avenue Of The Paws. I've been a loyal customer for about a year and a half, and l've experienced service from two groomers. The first groomer, Tahlia, was sweet and kind to my dog Maisy, a purebred golden retriever. She was efficient, usually finishing within an hour. Unfortunately, Tahlia no longer works there.
When Tahlia left, I was assigned a new groomer, Frankie, who is nothing short of an angel on earth. Frankie is the best groomer l've ever had. From the first visit, Maisy was overjoyed to meet her, which was quite surprising since she'd never reacted that way before, not even with Tahlia. Frankie has a special touch; she quickly got Maisy into the grooming van, something that Tahlia occasionally struggled with.
Frankie's grooming sessions take a bit longer--around two hours--but the results are worth it. The first time, I was concerned because I was used to the quicker turnaround.
However, when Frankie opened the door, Maisy looked like she'd lost 20 pounds of fur! The deshedding was incredible.
Maisy was soft, fluffy, and smelled wonderful, feeling like silk to the touch.
Since then, l've only requested Frankie, and she consistently does an amazing job. She is highly knowledgeable about different dog breeds, knowing exactly which ones can be groomed in specific ways. Her gentle and caring nature makes her exceptional with the pets. Maisy adores her, and I always feel at ease leaving Maisy in her capable hands.
The only downside is the cost. At $235 per grooming session for my golden retriever, it is pricey. However, the quality of service and care Frankie provides makes it worth every penny.“

“I brought my standard poodle in a couple weeks ago, and I was very happy with how she was introduced to the facility and how they checked her thoroughly and then they treated her really well and gave her a wonderful cut and full groom. I'm going to bring my other mini golden doodle there. I'm glad I found them.“

“There are not enough stars in the Universe for the folks at Waggin Tails! They are absolutely the most caring and wonderful group of people. I took my 14 year old female GSD there and they made special arrangements to get her in and out quickly so less stress on her and despite the fact that she pooped all over the place, they are still willing to have her back again. “I've visited Pet Lover’s Resort three times, although never with my own dog. On the first occasion, I brought my sister’s dog, and on the subsequent visits, I took my cousin’s dog. The service was excellent on the first and second visits, and the pricing was reasonable. During the second visit, I requested grooming and a curtain trim for my cousin’s dog, which was done well for around $60.

However, my experience on the third visit was different. I requested only a basic grooming service—just a wash and blow dry, without any additional services like haircuts, teeth brushing, or nail trims. They initially quoted $90 for this, which seemed unreasonable, given that I had paid less for more services previously. After discussing the pricing with the owner, she agreed to lower it to $65. Later, I received a call from the front desk stating the charge would be $60, which I accepted. However, upon arrival, I was informed the fee was $65, as initially discussed. The inconsistency and lack of clear communication were frustrating, as it wasn’t about the extra five dollars, but rather the principle of the situation. Additionally, after the third visit, I noticed that my cousin's dog did not smell like anything at all, which was disappointing. This added to my annoyance, as I expected at least a pleasant scent after grooming.“

He was extremely thorough with explaining everything. My pup looks comfy/happy/cute after the grooming! I had given the wrong address by accident and Angel was so nice and understanding about it, which I really appreciated too! I will definitely use jungle pet spa again and probably always from now on!!!!!“
