“I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an adorable cat named Sherlock at the reception. He has an incredibly calming effect on all the animals that come into the clinic. Not only does Sherlock bring a sense of comfort, but the staff and the vet, Dr. Vlad P., provide top-notch care, making both pets and their owners feel welcome and well looked after.

A special thank you to Dr. Vlad for his friendly and compassionate approach to animals. Let’s be honest—my dog has a difficult personality, and visiting the vet has always been a stressful experience. But to my surprise, I got back a calm and healthy Maltese after a complex dental cleaning and extraction procedure. Dr. Vlad guided us through each step, thoroughly explaining the necessity of the procedures and how they would be performed. He kept me informed about my dog's condition at every stage, which helped ease my own stress as well.

I highly recommend this clinic not only for the welcoming atmosphere they've created for animals, but also for their well-selected staff. In particular, I can’t recommend Dr. Vlad enough for his professionalism and care. Having interacted with many veterinarians in various countries, my experience with Dr. Vlad left a lasting and positive impression on both me and my dog. “I am always worried about my dog being in a new place, he is especially skittish around new people. When I first brought him to Fay's, he literally hid between my legs! Fay has an area just for her furry guests which was something our previous boarders did not have. You could tell just by talking to her that she truly loves what she's doing. She gave updates with pictures & videos throughout the day! Since that first drop off (he stayed 5 days), I have dropped him off for daycare & he stayed another 4 days, he is happy to arrive at her house! He just loves it! “Highly recommended! I had the puppy blues and was completely overwhelmed with where to start and what to do. Our puppy was very difficult to walk, biting, and all around puppy-like (of course!) but it was leaving me overwhelmed. We signed up for Puppy Kindergarten and it made a huge difference. By the end of the session you have all the tools you need to keep the training going on your own. For me, it was helpful to have accountability with the class environment. It also helped me reframe the way I saw her and all my frustrations. After all, she's just a puppy and she didn't know what I wanted her to do! “Due to a last minute logistical error, we took our furry babies to Venice Dog Boarding. It was our first time leaving our babies here so we were very apprehensive, but from the moment we met Jan, my wife felt so much better and our dogs were very relaxed. Our babies were well taken care of, Jan was very nice and took very good care of them. You can tell she loves dogs. We will definitely be leaving our furry babies in her care from now on.“

We rescued a 10 month old puppy this spring and added her to our family with two other dogs and a cat.

Within the first week we discovered our new member was extremely anxious (she escaped once and was gone for hours), was up through the night and not housebroken. This prompted us to connect with Dee where we collaborated on our goals together, and set our focus on reducing anxiety, potty and crate training, and teaching hand signals to keep our pup from bolting out the door.

Two months later, we are THRILLED to report that our puppy’s anxiety levels are down dramatically, she is 99% potty trained, fully crate trained and sleeping through the night and not a single attempt at an escape. An added bonus is seeing the benefit all of this has had on our other dogs and how quickly the puppy and cat were able to integrate.

We did our meetings with Dee over FaceTime, starting at 3 to 4 times a week, and naturally decreasing as Dee’s program was so effective. Dee is extremely knowledgeable, provides clear instruction, and has a way of explaining situations from a dog’s perspective that makes it easy to understand the interventions.

Scheduling time with her was easy. We greatly appreciated her being firm about following guidelines because it kept us on track. However, she is also understanding and flexible when we expressed needing adjustments based on our own lifestyle or goals for our family.

We have a calm and cohesive family and are beyond grateful for Dee who was integral in this process.“

“Hi! I have a 2 year old shih tzu who struggled with some separation anxiety but after a rather traumatic moving experience her anxiety got even worse. Amber was so helpful and such a great source of support. We did one on one training sessions weekly and she provided great tips and tools to help us get back to a place where she now feels safe and doesn't bark when I leave the house.
