I received terrific service from Tony and his assistant when they repaired my double-pane glass slider which was damaged during a break-in. Tony was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for any glass repair.
The team at Palisades Screen and Glass is one of the most professional I have ever worked with. I have always used them for smaller windows and screens, but they recently installed new custom (and complicated) replacement french patio doors, a large window and surpassed expectations. From recommendations, to measurements, to execution they did not miss a beat. I will continue to use them for all our window, screen and shower door needs and can't recommend them enough. Much more than a local gem, this company is one of the best kept citywide secrets.
Jerry saved me hundreds of dollars. I was prepared to replace my large patio screen door because it moved so stiffly and the shallow handle threatened to break my fingernails. Jerry removed the door to check it and found that it had been put in the wrong track. He corrected the problem, which made the door run so smoothly that the shallow handle didn't bother me. He refused to charge me for a service call. I value his integrity as much as his competence.
