Lupe Chavez-Lem - Owner/Stylist I have been a stylist in Pacific Palisades for almost 40 years and am now proud to say, the new owner of Palisades Hair Salon. Nedra Eubanks - Stylist Nedra is a 20+ years veteran who got started at Carlton Salons and then studied haircutting, and coloring at Vidal Sassoon, Goldwell Academy, and Bumble and Bumble University in New York City. She specializes in haircutting, coloring, extensions, smoothing treatments, styling, Keratin, and Brazilians.
