This is superior company. They do it right, beginning with a staff member manning the phone. No " leave a message" nonsense. Service businesses should be good at service and you should not have to play telephone tag when calling. After all, you are calling for their services, to give them business. Steve, the journeyman electrician is superb. Angel who works with him, likewise. They get the job done efficiently because they know what they are doing. These men are not amateurs. Not part-timers. This is an excellent electrician. They are down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have worked with Steve and Angel about 5 times now on various projects on my house. I consistently received excellent service. They always try to solve the problem as best as they can, without wasting any time, and are always highly professional. Their prices are very reasonable. They are not greedy and will give you an honest price for the job. It will be difficult to beat their prices. They don't shy away from difficult jobs.
