“I went home yesterday after a four-day stay, post hip replacement. I cannot say enough good things about The Pearl. I am going to name names and i will probably misspell all of them - so apologies to you all, ladies.
I was immediately met by my nurse, Alissa, and the owner Klava. Within minutes i knew i had made the right choice. I was helped out of my clothes i wore from the hospital into a lighter dress and out of nowhere juice, water, gatorade, pudding, yogurt, and applesauce appeared so i could take my medications. That level of service never let up.
My nurses, Alisa, Carissa, Amber, Jessica, Christina, and Annie - made the initial days post surgery easier to get through. I am an independent person, so the idea of someone helping me to put on my underwear and go to the bathroom is mortifying. They sternly and sweetly kept reminding me that that's what they were there for.
I chose Pearl because I did not know the level of "helplessness" i would feel after surgery and thought well-trained help would be good. Now, this is not an inexpensive service. However, after I weighed the cost against my concerns and needs - I chose to go and I am so happy I did.

The nurses came when they said they would and did what they were supposed to do in a gentle and careful manner. Beyond that they were just the nicest people and a pleasure to have in my home.“

The past three years we have had difficulty finding a stable, secure, reliable, trustworthy home healthcare service until we came across Five Star Home Health Inc. The staff is extremely personable with the care of my grandma and treat her with such respect, and consistently engage her even though they know she can not communicate back. After going through multiple different healthcare services who all were disappointing, i can't recommend Five Star enough they are amazing!“
