Dr. Payan is one of the most phenomenal practitioners I have ever been treated by. Our community is so lucky to have him. I was barely able to walk when I came in his office, he was professional and made sure I was cared for. He explained everything he did during my treatment. I was able to go home that day free from the pain I had suffered with for months. My friends kids have also had him as their sports med teacher and they both went on to practice in the medical field because of Dr. Payan. If you need a knowledgeable caring practitioner he is definitely the best I have ever encountered.

Dr Payan and Dr Tezak are caring and compassionate medical professionals. I found STMC through a search for myofacial release. Dr Payan then helped diagnose my Sciatica and has been treating me for over 18 months with amazing results. He has helped me maintain and deal with my sciatica pain and his receptionist/personal trainer Dallas helped me put together a work it routine that I still use today. I am in better shape with less pain because of STMC.

This center has chiropractors up top, with a physical therapist and personal trainer that work in the gym below. I go to the personal trainer Daryl Smith! He is amazing. His card says Lifestyle coach (weight loss, fitness, performance training). He is a retired college basketball coach. He trains athletes of all ages. Since I am an PE teacher/Athletic Director...working with a person who has this background is a huge bonus. For the cost of a personal trainer he is a true steal $35 an hour, every other personal trainer I have been to is over double. If you want to work out for just a half an hour it's $20. He cares about his clients. He is flexible and wants people healthy. I see him Mondays Wednesdays Fridays from 6-7 in the morning. if I can't make it he will make sure to work out with me at a different time! He also works with many injuries-I have fibro myalgia. I have had a torn shoulder, plantar fasciitis and knee problems. All at different times but he works with it all. He is more tha just a trainer he is a hero.
