workers arrived on time and complete the job replacing my wall gas heater even though we did not have any electricity, I was afraid they would have to reschedule but they managed to it it completed, they did leave handprints on the walls and wall shavings as well as dust bunnies but with no electricity to see I was happy to clean up their mess and thankful they were able to complete the project. my only disappointment was they checked the old aged thermostat and it worked so they didn't offer to replace it, I would have ran down to the store and pick one up if I had realized it was in their job description. my husband tried to do it after they left but couldn't... read full review
Had these guys come out and install my NEST thermostats which ended up being a bit more difficult than I expected. I had Ben and Nick come out and both guys are top notch! They know what they are doing - very detailed oriented and truly take pride in their work. I had some complex issue which required them to come out second time - they worked on the issue until it was resolved and thermostat is working. Nothing but ***** starts. Can not complement them enough. Use them and you will not regret it. Thank you guys again!!!
Really like these guys. Had some problems with my Miele washing machine not draining. Alex came out right on schedule and gave it a full eval next day. Was happy to do the repairs but was unable to get the right part due to age of my machine. I ended up ordering a replacement washer from an appliance dealer instead of doing a repair. They were efficient, thorough, and great communicators. Felt like I was dealing with an honest repair person and I appreciate that! If I have appliance repair needs in the future I will use them again.
