I was initially apprehensive about my first visit here because I had read some not-so-great reviews. After my appointment, however, I felt compelled to share my own experience. The waiting area, bathrooms, and exam rooms were immaculate. I was greeted by friendly front and back office staff, and the wait time to be seen was minimal.
What I especially want to highlight is my visit with Dr. Jacqueline Shellito. She was patient, warm, and knowledgeable. Doctors are great here ! They are so professional and respectful! I've been pregnant twice and both pregnancies I've went to this clinic they are great ! I also take both my kids here and I like the doctors my kids have had. I think like all Clinics sometimes an appointment will be available sometimes not and that's okay. If it's urgent I usually take my kids to urgent care or ER. The ONLY thing that I do have a complain about is the women that answer the phone. I totally get that we are All human we have bad days ! But Come on ladies we can work on those attitudes! The only woman that occasionally picks up the phone and is absolutely so sweet and kind is Gabby ! Haha Since I've been at this clinic for 3 years I learned her name ! All I'm saying is maybe they can all learn some kindness from Gabby! She can give them a training and maybe the clinic can give her a raise because she surely deserves it!
Dr, Underwood is a great Pediatrician, she is very much knowledgeable on issues that I have addressed with other doctors who didnt really seem too interested with my concerns because they were on a time scale to get to the next patient, So dealing with other doctors and Pediatricians my concerns as a mother really never gets addressed or acknowledged. Dr. underwood took her time and listened to my concerns and addressed and assessed the situation. Dr Underwood is the type of Doctor that makes a parent feel that the appointment was well worth taking a chance at Mandalay Bay for a possible no show. Dr. Underwood is a prime example for established and new internships. I want to say that I am grateful for the time and effort that she dedicates.Ms Mack
