After we had an extremely bad experience and were about to cancel all our services with the company. Then Jarret Ditto took over as our technician and things went from awful to extremely pleasant. He took care of the pest services, was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgable and helpful on every level. Thanks to Jarret we are still loyal Western Exterminator clients.

My rating is for a wonderful technician named Jared Ditto. He is informative, thorough and extremely nice to do business with.There are some problems with follow-up by the company but Jared is an absolute delight.

I had a issue with with rodents in my home , a friend recommended western Extermination, I called and they were professional and quick to help me out. Once they arrived to my home they walked me through what had to be done and how long it would take. Customer service was great and definitely would recommend!Service: Rodent extermination
