Recently, I contacted the Hiepler and Hiepler law firm. I had an accident and was injured. Michelle Hiepler was my attorney. She was wonderful! After months of unsuccessfully dealing with Medicare, who refused to pay an ambulance bill when my very ill husband was taken to St. John's Medical Center, on April 13, 2022, I contacted the office of Hiepler & Hiepler. I first spoke to Janel Kerby, Executive Assistant, who competently relayed my situation to Mr. Mark Hiepler. He responded to my request on April 19, 2022, with a detailed outline and the best way to proceed. On May 11, 2012, I had a telephone hearing with a Medicare Judge, and I followed Mr. Hiepler's recommendation and guidelines in my opening statement. I am glad to say that today I received notification from Medicare in my favor. They paid their 80% share of the ambulance bill and the supplement insurer - Mutual of Omaha paid their 20%. I am confident that without Mr. Hiepler's counsel I would not have succeeded. I would highly recommend Hiepler & Hiepler and greatly appreciate the valuable advice.
