Getting a roof from Sosa and Son was a great experience. First off, they send you a written proposal of exactly what they are doing and what it cost. Three other roofers only gave me hand waving verbal "approximate costs". Sosa and Sons prices were competitive with the other bids that I received and they included redoing the facias, where the others did not. They were fast getting the permits, doing the work and having it inspected. The whole re-roof and wood repair project was completed in a week. Also, this was big, they cleaned up everything. We recently had our roof repaired and had an outstanding experience. Nabor and his son Yosuan andwered all our questions and took the time to explain the roofing process. Job was completed within the timeframe provided and owner and son teapond quickly to our inquiries. They are also certified with shingle manufacturer which is a plus as this provides additional piece of mind on installation and affitional warranty provided.
