Jacqueline does a good job at her work but horrible at customer servicing. Treats you horrible for first time customers.

I was recommended by a friend to go here. Prior to going I had not died my hair for almost 3 years because I wanted my hair to grow. Once my hair got to a decent length I decided to add color. I wanted a very minimal golden tone balayage. My experience was awful. Helen was my hairstylist, she had another client other than me. She left the foils on my hair for WAY too long. When she took the foils off, my hair was WHITE!! To play it off she added color to it which just made my hair look orange. As soon as she started blow drying my hair soooooooo much hair was breaking off because she left the bleach too long! Whatever you do, do not go to this salon!!! Absolutely horrible.

I saw Helen today and am absolutely in love with my hair. I highly recommend this saloon and especially her. Will be going back to her again!
