Three other roofers only gave me hand waving verbal "approximate costs". Sosa and Sons prices were competitive with the other bids that I received and they included redoing the facias, where the others did not. They were fast getting the permits, doing the work and having it inspected. The whole re-roof and wood repair project was completed in a week. Also, this was big, they cleaned up everything. My property was spotless. Most contractors leave your place with trash everywhere. Sosa & Son did a great job and I highly recommend. Update: I just received a UPS that contained my registered warranty from Owens Corning, so they filled out all my warranty information too.“
