My Dentist of 20 years retired and i had a toothache from not see a dentist for over a year. I was able to get in to see the doctor right away. Dr. Lapiad is so professional and knowledgable. I didnt have to wait in the chair long she came in right away. Her staff is sooo sweet and very experienced they explained everything thoroughly. Their costs are very fair and they don't try to upsell unnecessary procedures. I want to Express this because my husband went to another dentist a week prior to my visit with Dr. Lapiad with the same problem as me and his experience has been terrible. Five stars go to Monique and staff for being very professional and polite answering all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back and this will be my go to dentist from now on don’t change anything keep up the good customer service and the good attitude once again. I appreciate you all . A big kudos to Monique for having that steady hand and that friendly customer service ?
I had a good experience with hygienist and the dentist. Next time I will ask the front desk to explain the treatment plan a lil more clearer and in a way that’s easy to understand as I am not into dentistry. But overall, it was a good start they hd established with me.
