I live in an old house where tree roots clog up my plumbing. In the past 10 years I've had to have plumbers out every other year. I WILL CALL NO ONE BUT PRATER! NO ONE. (I even have a friend who's a plumber and I use Prater) They are always quick to respond. The jobs were always done the same day. They're professional, extremely nice, and always friendly with a smile. Prater never leaves any mess or even sign they were here, other than a job well done! Today I had Daniel and Sol, two of the nicest men you could meet. Such respect for the client. I can't say enough nice things about those two! Mario serviced our multipure water system. Mario recommended that we use an aerator tool to remove the filter from the water spigot to improve the water flow. Mario is professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. I highly recommend this company!

Prater plumbing is the best. I have been using them for 10 years or more. Mario Gonzalez is the best. I had a bathroom sink leak he was here the next day. I was told I needed a new faucet. I checked my paperwork which I keep for anything purchased for the house. Lifetime warranty on all parts. I called the company not knowing what was needed. Wrong part got ordered so I had the plumber order the part for me. Got it all straightened out and I now have a working bathroom sink.
