Quality, compassionate care.I had to take my kitty Princess in to be euthanized yesterday. The staff were very nice and Dr. Feingold was amazing.He did a consultation where we went over everything. It was very thorough and helpful.They have these brochures to help with loss. That is so thoughtful and kind.I got to spend some time with my cat before we left. It was very good that I got my kisses in, as the last cat I did not.This is the place to go. The care is the finest and the compassion is real.UPDATE: We recently received a card in the mail from Dr. Feingold wishing us well about having to put down Princess.

I do find Dr Feingold a bit off-putting. Probably as much my issue as his. What there can be no argument with is his competence. If you're looking for a drinking buddy it ain't here but if knowing your pet is in the hands of a competent Pro with a capital "P" is the goal you got your man. Staff is the best.

To those who might be looking into taking their animal(s) to Oxnard Veterinary Hospital (or to those who were referred to Oxnard Veterinary Hospital by another veterinary hospital, as was the case with me)---I am honestly not sure how there are any negative reviews floating around for Oxnard Veterinary Hospital... My experience with them today was absolutely fantastic.
